All export and sourcing services are subject to a separate, formal written agreement that will detail the scope of work, product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Pricing for goods and services is subject to change based on market conditions, raw material costs, and logistics rates. Final agreed-upon prices will be detailed in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract. Payment terms (e.g., Letter of Credit, T/T) will be strictly adhered to as agreed in the contract.
Aar Exports is responsible for the quality assurance and safe handover of goods to the designated carrier as defined in the service agreement (e.g., Incoterms). Our liability for any loss or damage during transit is limited to the extent covered by the agreed-upon insurance policy.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
